Once a job is sold, someone has to make sure it gets done right. That's the Project Coordinator. You'll own projects from sale through completion — managing scope, margins, materials, and crews to deliver every job on time and on budget.

What you'll do

  • Manage residential remodeling projects from point of sale through completion
  • Analyze job margins, purchase materials, and schedule install crews
  • Monitor progress and deliverables from kickoff to closeout

  • Maintain accurate, organized project documentation

What you bring

  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects

  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field preferred

Every job that gets sold has to get measured before it gets built. As a Measure Tech you're the link between the sale and the install — getting out in the field, taking precise measurements, confirming scope, and setting each project up to be completed accurately and on time.

If you're sharp with details, comfortable in the field, and take pride in work that's done right, this role is for you.

What you'll do

  • Conduct accurate field measurements to confirm project scope and materials
  • Analyze job margins, purchase materials, and coordinate install crews
  • Monitor project progress from measurement through completion
  • Serve as the communication link between project teams, customers, and crews
  • Maintain detailed, accurate project documentation

What you bring

  • Experience in project coordination, construction management, or similar
  • Working knowledge of the construction industry
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects

The sale is done. The install is done. Now someone has to make sure everything works and looks exactly as it should. That's the Service Tech. You're the face of Presidential Exteriors after the job — the person who shows up, diagnoses the issue, and fixes it right the first time.

If you take pride in craftsmanship and genuinely care about leaving every job better than you found it, this is your role.

What you'll do

  • Install, service, and repair windows, doors, and exterior products in customers' homes
  • Diagnose and resolve service issues, warranty claims, and punch-list items
  • Perform precise adjustments so every product functions and looks as intended
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners at every visit
  • Manage your daily route and service calls efficiently
  • Complete service documentation and photos for each visit

What you bring

  • Hands-on experience installing or servicing windows and doors
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools — comfortable on ladders and at heights
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Professional customer-first attitude
  • Roofing or siding experience a plus

The Executive Assistant role is the entry point into the Office department at Presidential Exteriors. You'll support the leadership team, coordinate company events, and keep the operation running behind the scenes. It's fast-paced, varied, and a great place to discover where you want to go next.
